filming updates

 Day 1
So today we decided to start filming our music video, I think we have most of our footage done but once we start editing it we will see if we need any extra shots.

For our first day filming and getting most of the footage filmed I think we have done well, there were some struggles at the beginning with choosing the location but apart from that everything ran smoothly. We thought we would take photos of the day as we went on and show how we did some shots.I definitely loved filming our music video and I can not wait to see what the end result is once we have edited it soon.  

Day 2

Once we had started editing our product we had found that we had a lot of footage that needed re doing or some extra footage as we did not have enough. We decided to film most of the outside footage again as we thought we could improve. 

New music video Day 1
Due to starting our music video again with a completely different idea, we had to re-film everything.

On the first day of re filming we filmed two characters, the goth and the geeky girl. Due to our new song being more upbeat we wanted more quick snappy shots rather than our previous product being slow. At first we did struggle to think of ideas of what quick shots we could do, but the more we did it the more ideas we thought of, making it easier to film. Day one did take longer than we expected to film the two characters as there was a lot of costume changes and make-up changing due to us having Alice acting as all three characters. It also took us longer as I had to get used to filming with a new camera that i had not used before. 

Day 2
On day two of filming we completed our footage by filming the popular girl scene, this went a lot more smoother as we knew the types of shots we wanted from getting ideas from filming on day one.  The footage also did not take long to film as there was only one character change instead of two.
